just got rid of 3, best thing i could do. Connection was rubbish from the day we started using it, the customer service team were trying their best to find the fault but i ended my contract 2 months early without any penalty fees. My advice would be to use a different broadband provider, i've now signed up with BT, hopefully my connection will be better and quicker!!
