Ordered for my son due to a special price for an end of line offer with item shown as in stock. Almost 2 weeks and 3 unanswered emails to 'customer service' - what a joke title - still no news re despatch, delay etc and son getting more upset all the time. Eventually cancelled by email and finally had an email back confirming cancellation. These people are the worst kind of online business and their complete disregard for customers and unwillingness to be contacted should put them out of business - but there'll always be another innocent punter coming along to keep them going...wish I'd seen this site BEFORE we ordered. AVOID!
