if you are having problems with this poor excuse of a company call up and ask to find out who to make the cheque payable to to get all the information sent to you held on file under the data protection act and demand a full refund by letter... its worth getting in touch with the financial obudsman. i had been conned out of almost £70 but if you do your reserch and have an understanding about banking business, which i do, you can get money back within a week. if you need any more info or any pointers dont hesitate to get in touch stephenellison1@yahoo.co.uk
