IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, NERVES AND MONEY THEN YOU SHOULD AVOID VIRGING MOBILE AS A PLAGUE.

Yesterday tried to join Virgin Mobile on 18 months contract (£25 quid for 500 x-network and unlimited web is a fair deal) plus they offered Mobile broadband bundle with this deal at only £5 a month extra.
INTRO:

The sales woman ran trough standard checks, took down my address, bank details for direct debit and credit card details for delivery charge, put me on hold for a few minutes when done congratulated me with joining Virgin Mobile. Handset and modem delivery was promised 8am to 6pm next day so I took day off today.

VERSE No 1:

4 hours later another staff called me saying there will be delay as my address is not on database (? I am Virgin Home Broadband/TV/Phone customer 2 years receiving service to non-existent address and paying for it???) I told her this and she started to mumble and HANG UP (!)

VERSE No 2: Called immediately back, waited for 20 minutes to get connected, been told by another staff my order did not go trough as credit check is failed (AAA- brilliant in my case- getting mortgage this month!) Offered to authorise SECOND (in same day!) credit check (WTF!) I refused, naturally and demanded to speak to anyone higher rank. 42 minutes of tossing me from one person to another they agreed to give me connection.

VERSE No 3: Today called again just to make sure delivery is in place and I get it. HERE ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE UNFOLDS: NOTHING CAN BE FOUND: NOR MY ORDER, NOR THAT I HAVE CALLED. THEY DENY I HAVE BEEN CALLING/ BEEN CALLED AT ALL !!!!! THEY TOLD ME I AM WRONG AND NOT TELLING THE THRUTH (isn't it other form of LIAR?) AFTER LOSING IT I CALLED THEM A BUNCH A W****S.

VERSE No 4: Just called credit rating company- TWO SEARCHES BY VIRGIN, BOTH CLEARED!!!

BOTTOM LINE: credit file went for NOTHING from AAA to AA (a blow!)Day I took off work will cost me minimum £200 in loss income.
Epilogue: just logged into my email to find confirmation of placed order by "The Team", so it is a document and I am suing them! AVOID-AVOID-AVOID!!!
