Fasthosts seem to think that an email outage of 2 days and the loss of send capability is acceptible. They also try to defend themselves by saying "don't worry you haven't lost anything". Shocking...
Dedicated servers come with preconfigured group policy and ISAPI settings which cause problems, and the I386 folder is MISSING files preventing you from installing FTP.
Support is horrifying. They also cancelled a dedicated server without notifying me AND refused compensation.

How Ironic, their company name is Fast Hosts but their service really sucks.
