placed order august 2009 still waiting for vital parts which were cancelled from the original order then reordred incorrectly without my knowledge, then the items were out of stock so come mid october i am still unable to use my shower was offered complimentary items as an apology waited in all day for these to arrive in vain . thoroughly disillusiond and would not recomend using them.
if items are out of stock on ordering customer should be told and given the the option of getting the delivery complete or send as they come into stock not make the decision themselves.
