Twice now I've used this dye and both times I had the same result: Nothing. I get maybe a slight color shift, and it does leave my hair shimmery, but the color doesn't change. I bought it this most recent time, thinking I had simply used it incorrectly the first time a few years ago, but once again I had no color change at all. Going from medium brown to black my hair remained medium brown, and going from dark brown to red my hair darkened slightly and gained a slightly red tone. It's pretty, but definitely no where near the color it's supposed to be. I won't be getting this product ever again.
