Eclipse made booking the stag week-end very easy, staff were friendly and they provided good value for money.
When an event was cancelled because of low numbers they managed to provide several alternatives and arranged the new booking. Hotel was in a great location for Bournemouth city centre. And we had front row seats reserved at the comedy club with no queues as well. All the information I needed such as locations, maps, times etc was all in one place on a website account so easy to find. Nothing went wrong over the week-end so didn't need the emergency phone number that I was given before we left.
