Be careful for the 1st time customer. Don't let this company for automatic charge through your bank or credit card account. Whenever you cancel the service, they will charge you extra month service, and you won't get your refund back forever. Customer service will treat you like a ball, pass it around. Even you got the name of the person who talk to; next time you call back to ask for the person you talked with, that question will answer that "don't know this person". I will never get back this service and forever.
