I placed my order on line and after 2-3 weeks it did not arrive. I tried to ring customer services, they do not answer their phones so I sent an e mail, no reply, sent another e mail, when I eventually got a reply they said my order had been lost in the system and therefore had been cancelled and I could re order if I wanted the item. I told them that I no longer wanted it.
2 weeks later a parcel arrived containing the cancelled item. I am still trying to get them to respond to my e mails and telephone calls! They have of course charged my card which means they must keep the details even after cancellation of the order. I would not use them ever again and wished I found this review site before I ordered from them.
