I am an inexperienced Forex trader - transferring Euros into Sterling. My experience with TorFX exceeded my expectations. I dealt with James - who never blinded me with science - he just took me through the whole process -explaining everything clearly - he never patronized me - and he showed genuine patience and trust - when my euro transaction didn't start according to plan. Whilst I fully understood the process - James supported my questions and facilitated my cautious approach. Great customer service - Thank you for all your help. Avril
