Overall, I'm very happy with my bicycle from Cyclestore. It arrived on time (4 working days after my order, delivered by ParcelForce 48), and it was very good value, quite a bit cheaper than any other stockists.

However, quite a minor complaint is the fact that it doesn't come assembled, even though the website stated it would be "assembled and ready to go". There were also NO instructions on how to assemble the bike. How helpful is that?

Luckily, my husband is a keen cyclist and was able to assemble it, but we still took it to a professional to check that he'd done it correctly. So any price advantage was effectively negated.

Cyclestore is only good value if you're an experienced bike mechanic (or married to one), not for the casual cyclists among us.
