Booked car through this company via internet. Charged an extra 100 euros deposit when picking up car from the most unhelpful staff I have ever come across. Returned the vehicle on 23.07.2009 with full tank of fuel, undamaged. 100 euros never returned and an additional 172 euros charged on credit card for allegedly filling up with wrong type of fuel which is not the case. Car trawler who are argus most unhelpful and recommend claiming money back through credit card company. Is this a scam? It might well be so be careful.
