Very good service overall. Glasses arrived 1 week after ordering them (fairly unusual Tag Night Vision) - the same as quoted by the high street optician - only they wanted 25% more.
Communication was excellent - phone always answered within 2 rings - guaranteed delivery with tracking number and good packaging.
I wanted the item delivered to a different address, and for this or some other reason, they needed further proof of billing address which I have never experienced before. Though a nuisance it did not hold up my order.
Availability is not indicated on the website, but with the phone service as it is (even on Sundays) this is not a great problem
