It seems that people only write reviews when they're unhappy... So there a happy story! I purchased a washer dryer (AEG L16850) from Boots Appliances online on Wednesday. It didn't seem to be the best deal in first instance, but with £50 worth of points to spend in store it became quite competitive. Delivery was free, but I paid £5 extra for delivery on Saturday. On Friday I received a text and a phone call confirming a delivery slot of btween 7 & 11 Saturday morning. Saturday morning I received a call confirming they would deliver after 9 but before 11; machine arrived at 10am. All went very smooth and quick!
