I would not recommend MakeMyTrip to anyone. I did not believe all the horrible reviews I read online and like a fool went with them to book a ticket. I am now stuck with a charge on my credit card that has not been reversed yet. I have a ticket that I paid for that is atleast 20% more than what I should have paid for and I have had to go through more than 10 hours or haggling and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM. THERE ARE MANY OTHER AGENCIES just pick one or better yet buy from the airline directly. I will never go with them ever again.
