I thought they were a mixed bag, but mostly good. First, I started calling 20 min out as instructed, but like another reviewer said, I couldn't get an answer on either number, although I was able to leave a voice mail mssg on one of them. Finally got a callback though, and told them I was nearly there. Next up (and this was my mistake), I missed the sign for the valet parking area and ended up at the departures drop-off. Before I could call them, their valet driver had already figured out the problem and hoofed it up to meet me. Excellent! I unloaded, paid for parking and a full valet, and he was gone all in under 5 min. On return 3 wks later, called (or tried to call) at each point as instructed - before passport control, again after baggage pick-up, etc. Never got an answer until I had already been in concourse about 5 min. I was told the driver's on the way, and was given instructions on exactly where to go wait. About 45 min and two more phone calls later, the driver showed up. As for the wash/wax part of the valet - don't bother unless you want your windows waxed and the wax mostly left on! Dried wax also still covered a full 1/3 of the bonnet and various places all around the exterior. I'd say overall 1/4 of the wax was still on the car, counting the wax on the windows (why they waxed the windows I've no idea). So overall good service except a) call early departing and arriving because b) you won't get an answer your first few times, and c) don't bother with the exterior valeting unless you like the look of dried wax in patches all over your car. But to be honest, given the even worse reviews of the other valet parking companies at Gatwick, and given the high price of even the long stay car park, I would STILL be inclined to use them again!
