I booked a 12 seater van for Queenstown NZ through their website and paid a deposit with my credit card. When I arrived I was told they had over booked and could not supply the vehicle. I requested a refund of the deposit. I was told they had not received the money and that I had paid it to IMall. I was told I would have to talk to them and that they had no connection whatsoever with IMall. I am now going through my credit card company to reverse the payment. I found their service appalling, their staff rude and unhelpful and will never use them again anywhere in the world. I wish I had seen this review site before I booked. I am unhappy that I had to give them even one star to publish this review.
