Although I feel the customer service was appauling. I found the actual network in itself, the total opposite. the signal coverage is perfect. The value for money, I feel, is great. I have the Iphone 3g 8GB in black on it, I paid £0 one off and I pay £34 a month for 24 months. Getting me 500 Sms units, 600 minutes and unlimited wifi, internet usage.

The customer service was very unhelpful. I phoned up in request of the status of my order, getting the wrong number out of the THOUSANDS o2 use, got me some very rude woman. Before I could ask for the correct number she had said "Bye" and disconnected the call. When I got through to the apple customer services, They were amazingly kind and helpful. Even speeded up my order.


I would reccomend o2 to a friend. I've been on Virgin (X1 for 2years) o2 (X3 totalling about 4years) Orange (X2 totalling about 1year). Orange being my favourite for customer service, Virgin, I didn't have too much experience with it as it was a second mobile. But the signal was always great as I remember it...

Overall though my vote is with o2. The signal is just superb, apart from the one mishap that's rated my customer service so low. they've been good in every other aspect.
