we had a connecting flight to catch , Alitalia was over an hour late leaving,and we had to run to catch our connection in Amsterdam.
We had requested that we could disembark first as our flight was boarding
10 minutes before we would land per the 2 hour 15 minute flight time announced by the Captain. We were told this was no feasible. Instead there
was an annoucement that all those who had a connecting flight should leave first. At that point everyone got out of their seats. Either Alitalia's instructions were ingored, or they cannot bet business other than teaming up with KLM. Also the web site for Fumicio Airport in Rome told us to go to terminal B ,as did KLM website, once there, we were directed to go to Terminal A domestic flights. And the air crew on board was surly and any annoucements in English were short and hard to undertand at the Italian crew made annoucements in slurred and broken English spoken way too fast
to understand.
