we had a very bad experience with this airlines. we lost GPS when we flew from Boston to Pittsburgh.We did not check in the luggage and we carried it but they asked to leave the baggage at the front door of plane so that it is placed behind as the flights are so small, the connecting flight being in cleveland.we were disappointed and immediately launched a complaint but the customer service was so hopeless and did not even respond and told us we cant do anything except put the phone. we went to pittsburgh as it is a holy place to Hindus but our whole trip got ruined because of it.Being a Doctor i was never harsh to anyone but those airlines fellows have snatched it off.i would never again travel by this airline in life again and never recommend to anyone!!
