The WORST service I have ever ever ever had from a company. I waited eight weeks and still had no broadband, after them blaming me for them telling me the wrong installation dates, registering my phone number as a business number, being unable to access my account information, telling me I didn't have an account, when I had one. After all of this, having the nerve to charge me a cancellation fee when I was told I wouldn't and sending me bill after bill after bill, after being told I owed nothing. It turned out their system had/has generated me four accounts, which still aren't all closed after six months. Looks like I will have to call Ofcom and Otelo for the third and second times, respectively. There are even more problems, but I'll cease my rant here. Don't ever use Talktalk. If I could give less than one star, I would.
