We had Zenith Staybrite install some windows on our previous place, and it went all right, nothing exceptional, just what you would expect but late. Nevertheless those windows proved strong enough to repell a break in attempt. So on our new place, we choose to use them again.
It was a faily bigger job, including doors, windows and sash windows replacement in an old victorian house.
Obviously they were late again. The Zenith installers littterally destroyed the old frames and panels, when we'd been guaranteed they would not touch them. Instead they replaced the old wood work by what can only be described as planks, badly joined, not level and horribly cut. Moreover and having damaged the walls, they barely concreted the holes and left it like that.
Over little time, the sash windows started falling to pieces, the rubber won't hold, the frame gets stuck and so on. The door is ajar an set with a wrong angle.
Expecting their 10 years guarantee to cover, we called the office to ask for an aftersale person. They sent us a salesman who attempted to sell us more products for our remaining windows (not all had been done up the first time around). He took an order, we paid a deposit and were told aftersales would visit in the next 10 days.
A year on, we are still waiting!
We obviously cancelled the new order, and were fairly badly treated when we did so.
So the Zenith experience went from good to nightmarish and we can not recommend their services, if nothing can be called a service.
