i have had my Dyson animal for 4 years. it has been very dependable, i have not had 1 problem with it. recently i had a Kirby sales person show up to my door with there new model. against my better judgment i purchased the vacuum. after they left i started comparing the 2 and realized the suction on my Dyson was just as good after 4 years as the brand new Kirby. thank god i didn't trade it in like they wanted. i called them the next day and told them to come pick up there $1200.00 vacuum cleaner.
