MPV Ford galaxy. Arrived late, without the European package we requested so delayed our departure. Lots of sctratches. Failed to refund money to bank account had to be chased with several calls, then stopped us £30 petrol money for the already pre paid delivery and collection. I was told it was in the terms and conditions, it was, but in very small print and not mentioned at all when booking or delivered. Beware of very sharp practice. Would never use again.
