Just found this review and thought i would have a look as my wife and I have banked with the Nationwide for over 20 years. Have to say that we must have been very lucky then because we have never ever had a single problem with the On-line banking - we have several accounts, have a long list of transfers and it has worked perfectly everytime :-)
