Overall Rating
- Value for money

I think the Exeter Friendly Society is a excellent company, I myself have private medical insurance with them and they are very helpful. I have a exeter care low cost plan with a excess of £500.00 but i DO understand my plan, I understand that if you have a excess of £500.00 you are liable for this LIKE ANY OTHER COMPANY THE RULES APPLY!! - The Low Cost Plan is a plan to cover you mostly for in patient treatment they have treated me very well for my 2 new hips, they paid for the costs in full MINUS THE £500 EXCESS which I was aware of. Now with the merger with Pioneer (Income Protection) the company paid 65% of my wages while under going the hip operations because I was off work due to this. I think the company is worth every penny and going from strength to strength!! Thank you for all your help, Mrs P Lovegrove.
