I have been with Paws pet insurance for over 14 years through its many changes and have steadily seen its prices and excess rise, but the latest premium if over £55 per month. This is daylight robbery and totally unacceptable, what more the excess and other penalties are outrageous, this would not happen in any other insurance sectors. I have cancelled my policy and am looking around for other policies for older dogs, which do exist. I suggest every one do the same who has a Paws policy.
