Speed is really bad. Dont be fooled by the cheap prices l was and the service is really poor. Customer service is the worst part of the service, unfortunatly they lie and confuse to get you to back off when the service is poor and you complain. My exprience of the customer service is so poor that when l was given positive advise l was later told this was due to there off shore service which is "rubbish and the foriegners don,t know what they are talking about" i was appaled. I have tried to get out but with no joy. My contract ends in december and l will be gone from talk talk never to return, all l can say is NEVER buy into a contract with them. My product is braodband and phone sevices with Talk talk.
