This is my 2nd Leo band from Ernest Jones, as a diamond fell out after 10 months in the first 1, now 9 months later, yet again, a diamond has fallen out. I took it back to the shop, with all reciepts, box, etc, and explained that yet again, a diamond had fallen out, the deputy manager told me that it would need to be sent to quality control, this will take 4 weeks, and they will assess if it has been "customer damaged", she then proceded to use a diamond tester to check that i hadn't hooked the diamonds out and replaced them!!!!! Very poor customer service, no apology, just that i will have to wait at least 4 weeks to hear, just not good enough i'm afraid. I have spend a lot of money with this company over the years, but after this i will never buy from them again, some good manners and politeness would have cost nothing.
