I've had 02 Broadband for about a month and a half and I'm really regretting it. My experience is that the negative reviews I read about it before subscribing, though they were fewer in number, chime much more with my experience. Don't be fooled by a large number of positive reviews, study the negative ones seriously. The connection though brilliant at times is excruciatingly, frustratingly, painfully slow all too often (& that's if it works at all). In fact as I write this review I'm having to wait for a bloody Youtube video to LOAD and that's at the better end of my experience today. Don't do it kids. Just say NO!
