The hole park is horriable and always smells the staff are rude there was one in oe reception it was my 1st time on golden sands i thought it was the reception where i checked in and there was a girl called laura who was so rude and had a really bad attuide she made my children cry .. the complex is dirty and needs to change ents team are great really good at there job well any thing else you all need to think before you bookin you must be brave if you go there food in the quayside is so horriable i hate it there and will never go again!! If it was clean and wasnt any rude staff and wasnt horriable food and had more work to it the park would be better the smimmin pool needs to be bigger and better you can fit like 30 people in its that small well thats it for me cant say more ill be on here for hours.
