We have just returned from a fabulous week aboard the Island Escape. The staff were the friendliest and most attentive we have ever come across, and the shows and entertainment team worked tirelessly to make sure that their was something for everyone. The food was outstanding, no one could possibly say that their wasn't something to suit everyones taste buds - and the quantity, well everyone was loosening their belts by the end of the week.
The all-inclusive drinks option was a real blessing, as a group we liked a beverage or two and this was certainly the way to do it. The local drinks that were on offer did not make you feel in anyway inferior as we have been made to feel on previous hotel holidays. There was certainly no favouritism from any of the waiting or bar staff on that front!.
The only downside on the ship itself, whilst it was immaculately clean, was the cabin. The beds were quite lumpy and the cabin was very tired, but the ship certainly made up for that in other ways - and if you wanted posh, you can always pay for it and go on Cunard!

I came across this review site whilst looking to book again for next year -cannot wait to go back.
