Main issue with BT Vision - CUSTOMER SERVICE! & VBOX WITH LIMITED LIFE OF 2 YEARS! It's the most negative experience ever! Been with them on the Total Broadband contract for 3 years now. Got the box just after they came out.

So I've had smiliar problems as described by others with the Vbox - freezing, having to reboot, takes long to delete, download, etc, But now, the box has simply gone bust! I trully believe that their updates, most recently switchover on the 30th Sep have made the boxes redundant, and they are not ready to update you for free, especially if you are on an old contract and naturally paying less than current prices.

Guess what, I've booked TWO engineer services, and they didn't bother to turn up! When I said to them I wasn't happy with their services and would consider moving, they asked if I would like to be put through to the cancellations department... Go figure! This is what you can expect, so be careful. They can't fix the boxes, so you'll pay the price - i.e Frustration! Eventually, you will have to move to another provider.
