booked flights for 4 with bmibaby in august 2009 a full 10 months before i was due to fly (june 2010) i have now received an email saying flights have been cancelled for operational reasons although i have already bought and paid hotels transfers etc bmi have placed in the small print they accept no liability for this although i will be refunded i have to wait up to 28 days for this and by that time other airlines prices will have gone up why? when they take your money instantly should people wait 28 days id urge anyone considering bmibaby DONT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE also there customer service number is a 0906 chatline time rate number so while you are trying to phone them they are still leeching money from passengers DONT GO BMI!!
