I bought Ink with the company advertising '999 urgent delivery same day dispatch' as I finish mine on the middle of printing a job with a dead line...after waiting at home for 4 days to not miss the delivery, send 2 emails and make 2 phone calls, holding for 10 minutes on a 845 number, nobody replied or answered .
I had to go on the street and buy the ink full price when other internet companies have their own courier and deliver next day guarantee. I choosed the wrong one, I will never use again..what a rip off!!!
