I like Jet2 and have flown with them around 10 times now, flying again next week. They are slightly more expensive than Ryanair, but I would prefer to pay the extra and travel from my local airport. Never had any "major" problems with them yet, but customer service is very slow to respond to written questions/ problems. Jet2 use Twitter now and I have found them to respond on there pretty quickly. It will be interesting to see how they react once Ryanair also start flying into Murcia from Leeds next year.
