Appalling customer service, do not return calls, disinterested customer service staff, quick to take money but very slow with anything else, correspondance incorrectly dated....I could go on.

BEST TO AVOID

If Aviva cannot manage basic administration properly, I have no confidence they will be able to manage an insurance claim properly.

I have just cancelled my policy after 12 days with them. I just wish I had read the reviews on this site before buying the policy. I might have saved the cancellation fee.
