Let me start with the ONE good thing. The price was competitive and the finance at 0.75% is a great offer.

Now the critisim, we bought our Conservatory from the Walsall outlet, other sits may offer a different experience but, let my start by saying that NOT one of the tradesmen appointded by Easy Fit turned up on time!! With the exception of the 2nd Builder (Tom Richards he was great) appointed every one as late, no calls to notify of delays or cancellations. The fitters were late and had to come back twice, the down pipe was put in the wrong place(subsqeuntly corrected after numerous complaints)My Security light was damaged and no longer works (Waiting for Easy fot to put this right too). Depsite what seemed like great service in managing our expectations initially with fitters dates and contact numbers (great if you need to arrange time of work, NOT so great when NONE of them turn up or even contact you). The Blind Company weren't even booked in by Easy Fit despite written confirmation of date. To add insult to injury if you by a conservatory from Easy Fit on Finance you are expected to sign a declaration that you are completley satisfied with the work in order for Barclays to authorise payment, fair enough, except you are asked to sign this upon DELIVERY of the goods, NOT at completion of he installation. I refused to sign until as the contract states 'I am completley satified and with the FULL INSTALLATION of the conservatory'. I fear that had I signed this agreement I would be left for Months with a half finished un useable conservatory as I would have NO leverage with Easy FiT to complete the job.Easy Fit then had the audacity to chase send me a second form then ask if they could come and collect the form Knpowing full well my postion and the catalogue of problems, plus the delays and incurred costs with time off work and Kennel fees.

On Balance on the odd occassion that I was able to get hold of the Operations Manager he did his best to get the Tradesmen sorted, however, I amwriting this on a Saturday morning as at 9am the 2nd Plsaterer appointed called and cryed off for another cash job leaving uswith unexpected Kennel Bills and wasting a weekend.


I would NOT recommend Easy FIT
