Lovely kitchen - appalling service. First, the kitchen was delayed, but we weren't told - found out by chance from the fitter! Then the fitter hadn't measured up properly (or at all!) - so it didn't fit! Then a base unit failed QA, so can never be supplied! We were told after the kitchen had been fitted. Then the fitter dropped a wall unit and blamed the wind! Then he just left us with a half finished kitchen - he didn't even drill holes for the pipes for the sink and dishwasher! There's no kickboards, no cornicing (won't fit anyway!), no glass shelves, and no apology. Don't pay upfront - you have no come-back what so ever!
