I pre-ordered a pc game from play, and was very disapointed.Pre-ordering is for making sure you get a copy on release day.All the other sites garuantee you'll recieve it on the day, except play.com.Dont expect to get it until 5 or more days after release.I would never have used them if id known this.Customer support was terrible, when i asked to return the item.I ended up buying the game from one of game.co.uk's stores and returning the one from play.com when it finally arrived.
