Bookable Holidays are simply dishonest and fraudulent. They took more money than agreed from my bank account over the phone and despite contacting them to have it put right they simply don't care. Once they have the money they couldn't care less about the "customer". Customer service is something they simply neither know about or care about. Trying to contact them is the biggest nightmare, 30-40 mins on hold, with promisies of action and calls back but never a word. Not only don't they care, but they are conducting business in an illegal manner. Whatever you do, don't use bookable holidays.
