whsmiths entertainment, took my card details and stored them for something they did not have in stock... only after completing the forms did i know this, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow 3 days... 3 days passed and also 3 unanswered emails has left me feeling very negative towards whsmiths.

I shopped there because I trusted the name... not anymore, total waste of time.
