WENT THROUGH BOOKING SET UP TO BOOK SKEEBY AFTER PRESSING CONFIRM BOOKING UP POPPED PROBLEM WITH BOOKING ROOM NOT AVAILABLE SO I BOOKED SCOTCH CORNER WAS TOLD BOOKING CONFIRMED.,THEN I RECEIVED 2 E-MAIL INVOICES INCLUDING 1 FOR ROOM NOT AVAILABLE SENT E-MAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT NO REFUND OFFERED ALTHOUGH THEIR SYSTEM TOLD ME NO ROOM AVAILABLE,RECEIVED VOUCHER FOR VALUE MEANING I WILL HAVE TO STAY THERE AGAIN.CANNOT SEEM TO GET THROUGH TO.THEM THAT I WANT A REFUND NOT A BL**DY VOUCHER WHY HAS SUCH A LARGE COMPANY DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC NO HUMAN CONTACT FOR COMPLAINTS OF WHICH I AM SURE A PLENTYFUL
