Excellent service from my initial inquiry to & after installation.Their UK based Customer Services & Helpline is manned by IT literate,helpful friendly staff.Across the board EXCELLENT value for money.
I am 67 years old & was not ,2 months ago,IT literate quite the reverse & I was terrified of my Laptop.There were initial problems(amazingly nothing to do with me)Thanks to the informative & friendly way it was dealt with by o2 not only was the problem resolved but I gained so much confidence I actually enjoy it & much to my surprise am getting quite proficient.They rang back when they said they would & a few daays after the problem was solved they rang to confirm everything was ok.SAY YES TO O2 BROADBAND you will never regret it.
