I will never buy a sofa from CSL again nor will i be recommending them. The sales team in the show room give out the wrong information, for example they told us that the electric recliner was a sensor but when we recieved the sofa it is actually buttons housed in the leather, which after 1 month is protruding through! When i spoke to them they have said its our word against the sales people, so there is nothing they will do!. Beware when they ask you to sign the ARDD as that covers them for everything including scrapes to the leather even if it is not caused by the delivery.
There customer services is appalling and i have had to involve Trading Standards in my case.
