Apartment - Benal Beach Benelmadena. I adult 2 kids 3 + 12 years. 1st - 4th Oct Intially my enquiries started with the owner of the apartment, I was then directed by her to Crystal Rentals Website to pay the 100 euros deposit at the end of june. I duly paid this and was expecting full booking details to be emailed over. They weren't. Nearer the time I had to email them several times with copys of emails from the owner outlining what had been agreed. Eventually I received booking details and a phone number to contact Paul who would be meeting me at Benal Beach. Skip to Malaga airport, follow instructions to call Paul on arrival goes onto voice mail.. eventually we meet at the apartment.. I'm tired, the kids are moaning. Meet Paul, flash merc, expensive watch etc etc he is very friendly but get the feeling thats onlyy whilst he's waiting to collect the rest of the money.. Shows us around, I ask about checking apartment when I leave as i have an early flight he says no problem leave the keys and I'll check it afterwards.. HE confirms that the deposit will be refunded about 48 hours after.. Needless to say 5 days and still waiting. Have sent first email today... I wouldn't use or recommend them again.. I shouldn't have to chase them.. Apartment was nice but not as luxurious as the website stated.
