Office supermarket - Ordered a desk and pedestal c £270 - no order confirmation until I chased a few days later. Then had to chase for a delivery date - on the morning in question they telephoned to say there was a problem at the depot and no del that day - promise of further call - nothing. Chased thier Cust Services - very help man advised supplier in administration - cancelled order. However, as this is my area of work I checked Dams INternatonal went into admin early Oct and then had an extremely quick management buyout and is seemingly back in business - but not delivering for a while. Overall - I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole - too many excuses and too many other companies 'at fault' but they are happy to take your money before any delivery has even been arranged. Would have put no stars but that wasn't an option.
