I've just used Bottom Drawer for my wedding list. I have to say the whole experience was stress free (about the only thing which was in my wedding preperations) from beginning to end and I can fully recommend them. I particularly liked the fact that there is a flat fee for the service. My guests all made a cash contribution towards things we could do on our honeymoon and this would have been an 8% charge from most similar providers. I personaly prefer to just pay a set amount for the service.
Bottom Drawer also did a great job in talking my older relatives who were less internet savvy through the process of choosing a gift on the phone.
