What an appalling company! The last three days of hour holiday were ruined by this company. We did not book directly with them, but used another company who used them. They told us our flights were being bought forward by 2 hours, when I checked on the internet the day before and on the day, the flight number was not recognised. We spoke many times at length to the company who insisted the flight was going ahead, despite our reception people at the hotel (fortunately not a Goldtrail one!) told us the flights were cancelled. We were told by one person that if we had paid more, we could have expected a better service! We got to the airport only to find it practically closed, (Dalaman) with about 60 people waiting. The securite guys told us no-one was flying that day, the flight was cancelled. They shipped some people on a coach to Bodrum to get a flight to Luton, then a coach to Gatwick, the rest of us they made stand outside in 40 degree heat and wait for a transfer coach to take us to a '5 star all inclusive hotel' some 3 hours travel away and the flight would be the next evening! We had told the office during our many conversations that we would be happy to pay another night in the hotel if we were guaranteed a flight the next day, we were told that we would have to pay an extra £150 each for this, even though they knew we were not flying that day!

We were kept waiting for so long, the time kept on being moved later. I think they wanted to get us to the hotel too late to get anything to eat. My friend is diabetic and was planning to eat at the airport, there was another diabetic in the same state. We told two reps this, they said it was not their problem! They would not even get any water for any of us. There were children there, one lady on crutches who had to stand for the whole time, it was disgusting. These guys kept passing the buck. They said no alcohol was included, only evening meal, breakfast and lunch and soft drinks. I have been to all inclusives and never one like this. Our party decided to get a taxi back to our own hotel. We made the right choice. On seeing the others the next day, they had horror stories to tell. The hotel was not even worthy of one star, let alone 5. Doors were ill fitting with a couple of inches gap top and bottom, bare wires hanging out of walls with signs 'beware of electrocution', and you had to pay extra for the air conditioning! Pillows were lumpy and hard, atrocious!

I read some reviews about this company back at our original hotel, and apparently lots of travel companies will not use them, they are always doing this type of thing. In fact, the same thing had happened the previous week to the same flight! It was absolutely dreadful, anyone using this company needs help!
